Practical details about therapy sessions and what to expect.
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a collaborative and reflective process designed to support deeper self-understanding and transformation. In our work together, we look beyond immediate symptoms to explore the underlying patterns—often rooted in early experiences—that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Therapy offers a space to bring curiosity and compassion to these patterns, not to pathologize them, but to understand how they developed as adaptive responses. Together, we work toward reconnecting with your core sense of self and expanding your capacity for connection, vitality, and choice in the present moment.
Through this process, psychotherapy can help you:
-
Uncover and shift long-standing relational and emotional patterns
-
Address the impact of developmental and attachment trauma
-
Strengthen your sense of identity and agency
-
Develop greater emotional regulation and resilience
